Selim Sleeman leads the company’s visual direction, developing the aesthetic identity of parades, performances and carnival experiences. His work includes costume design, art direction, scenography and visual concept development, translating the company’s artistic vision into immersive and memorable experiences. He works across the intersection of narrative, imagery and carnival culture, ensuring visual coherence throughout all projects and events.

Francis leads the operational areas related to accessibility, hospitality, welfare and compliance within the company. He is responsible for catering coordination, licensing and permits, safeguarding practices and creating safe and welcoming environments for artists, crew and audiences. His work ensures that events are inclusive, well-organized and aligned with best operational practices.

Cynthia coordinates the company’s support operations and volunteer management, ensuring organization, communication and efficiency throughout all stages of production. Her role includes team recruitment and coordination, logistical support, operational planning and overseeing activities during events and rehearsals. She acts as a link between production, artists and collaborators, contributing to the smooth running of the company’s activities.

Cristina Arena contributes hands-on creative work across performance disciplines, with a strong focus on dance, acting and audience interaction. She brings dynamic stage presence and improvisational skill to the company’s productions, helping to create immersive and engaging experiences for audiences. Her work supports the connection between performers and the public, enhancing the interactive and expressive dimension of the company’s artistic output.

​Bettina Sleeman is responsible for the artistic direction of the company’s performances and collective experiences. Her work includes music curation, dance direction, choreographic development and shaping the atmosphere of parties and presentations. Bettina leads the company’s performative energy, connecting audiences, artists and community through vibrant, inclusive and culturally authentic experiences.

Farouk oversees the planning and operational execution of all the company’s projects and events. Responsible for coordinating teams, suppliers, schedules and logistics, he ensures the creative vision is delivered with technical excellence and operational efficiency. His role includes production management, event build, backstage operations, infrastructure coordination and real-time problem solving, ensuring the success and flow of the company’s productions.

Bianca Pinto is responsible for the company’s internal communications, and social media . Her work strengthens the connection between artists and collaborators and the wider community, supporting the promotion and development of the company’s creative activities.
